This garage is a pre- <br />existing non-conforming use in that it extends to the property line <br />on "D" Street. Mr. Westergren is requesting permission to build an <br />open car port attached to the side of the garage, but extending <br />approximately two feet onto City property on "D" Street, past the <br />present garage. <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission recommends allowing a variance to <br />permit Mr. Westergren to erect the car port, with the exception that <br />it not extend past the property line. <br />• Respectfully, <br />Pat Muston ~~~/ <br />• <br />
