<br />41HEREAS, City is in need of having street construction and main-
<br />tenance services and related drainage work performed l~rithin its city limits;

<br />4lHEREAS, County is willing to per`orm said street construction and
<br />rlairltenance sorvicos and related drainage work upon the terms and conditions
<br />hereinafter stated;
<br />• NO',J, 7tfEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, agree-
<br />m°nts and benefits to the parties therein named, it is agread as follo;~>:

<br />Subject to the terms, provisions and conditions hereinafter stated,
<br />County agrees to provide City with street construction and maintenance ser-
<br />vices and related drainage ,.cork. It is expr:~'ssly understocd and agra:?d that
<br />County s~lill provide City with labor, operators and road rnaint}~nance Equipment,
<br />and fuel and lubrication required for its operation. Further, it is expressly
<br />understood that thz labor and use of road naint~nance equipTent to be provided
<br />by Ccunty under tha terms and provisions of this agroampnt s~ri11 be provided
<br />by County with its o;,n personnel, operators t)nd its own road rnainten4ne2 equip-
<br />ment, and only at such times and for such pe•r'iocis of ti;~~ as Such personnel and
<br />equip,,~ent is not roedod for the maintenance of County's roads ~:nc!/or 2,h~ ;~~~rt~:nr-
