These plats are the total <br />of the original Section 5. <br />F.H.A. rejected the original Section 5, as more than 100 of the <br />total number of lots were within 300 feet of the sewage treatment plant. <br />Upon their advise the Original Section 5 was separated into two sections <br />with Section 5 removing the lots F.H.A. objected to and Section 6 con- <br />taining these lots. Section 6 will not be submitted to F.H.A. for their <br />approval, but the homes will be built with conventional or V.A. loans. <br />There were no dimensional changes made in any of the lots or streets, <br />simply a separation of the lots and streets as orrg~nally submitted. <br />Please submitt these plats to Planning and Zoning, and to the City <br />Council for their signatures.
