<br />The following is a metes and bounds description of the
<br />proposed City of LaPorte Industrial Limits located on the property
<br />of Soltex Polymer Corporation, Deer Park, Inc., and Interox
<br />America located in the vicinity of LaPorte, Texas. This property
<br />lies in Arthur McCormick Survey A-46, Harris County, Texas.
<br />"Tract A"
<br />Commence at the most northerly NE corner of Soltex
<br />Polymer Corporation property, being that tract entitled "Tract I"
<br />conveyed to Soltex Polymer Corporation by Celanese Corporation
<br />in a deed recorded in the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas
<br />under File No. E305696 and Film Code No. 112-18-1490 ("Soltex
<br />Tract I"), said point lies approximately center line of Miller
<br />Cut-Off Road, point bears N 87° 28' E, 3003.9 feet from and
<br />of State Highway 134.

<br />south line of Soltex Tract #I, said point also lies in the
<br />north line of a 3.89 acre tract conveyed from Celanese

<br />right-of-way of State Highway 134,

<br />"Tract A" contains 21.94 acres, more or less, of land
