<br />• Commencing, for reference, at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid
<br />12.779 acre tract; said corner is located on the Southerly projection
<br />~f the centerline of State Highway 134 and is N 2° 49' W,~a distance
<br />of 63.41 feet from the most Northerly corner of a 3.0 acre tract of land
<br />described in the instrument recorded in Volume 3705, Page 326 of the H.C.D.R
<br />Thence, N 88° 06' 35" E; along the North boundary line of said
<br />.Texas Alklys, Inc., 12.779 acre tract; passing at 18.04 feet the East
<br />right-of-way line of State Highway 134; for a total distance of 121.00
<br />feet, more or less, to a point on the present City Limits Line of the
<br />City of La Porte.

<br />100 feet East of and parallel to the East right-of-way line of State
<br />Highway 134; following a non-tangent curve to the right in a Southerly

<br />35' 47" W; for an arc distance of 58.84 feet.

<br />. of La Porte, said line being perpendicular to the East right-of-way
<br />line of State Highway 134 and the West line of said Texas Alklys, Inc.,

<br />corner; said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this 0.066 acre
