Bryan <br />Mr. Kenneth W. Schick, representative for Mr. Bryan, met <br />with Planning and Zoning on December 1, 1980, to request re- <br />zoning to allow apartments and commercial districts on a 26- <br />acre parcel of land located at the corner of Spencer Highway <br />and 26th Street. <br />Planning and Zoning considers the property ideally suited <br />for multifamily housing and commercial development. fihe property <br />is located in a sparsely settled area, but has good access. <br />We request a public hearing to consider re-zoning this <br />property to Commercial classification.
