J.: .. .. - <br />..,.- ... <br />MEMORANDUM <br />September 15, 1981 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Planning and Zoning Commission <br />SUBJECT: Request for One Additional Townhouse, Woods on the Bay, <br />John Sheffield <br />Planning and Zoning met on September 14, 1981, to consider <br />a request by Mr. John Sheffield that we amend our preliminary <br />approval of Woods on the Bay to allow construction of one addi- <br />tional townhouse. <br />By realigning one of the buildings and changing the angle of <br />placement, the developers found that an additional unit could be <br />added without crowding. Planning and Zoning considers that the <br />additional unit would not affect the overall aesthetic quality of <br />the project nor basically change the density of land use. <br />Therefore, Planning and Zoning has amended the preliminary <br />approval granted earlier to allow a total of 82 units in the <br />development. <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br /> <br />PM/cb <br />• <br />Pat Muston, Chairman <br />~~ <br />
