ORDINANCE N0. 1328 AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING PORTIONS OF THE ALLEYS IN BLOCK SEVEN-A (7-A), AND BLOCK SEVEN-D (7-D), NEBRASKA SYNDICATE SUBDIVISION, TO THE TOWN OF LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portions of the alleys in Block Seven-A (7-A), and Block Seven-D (7-D), of Nebraska Syndicate Subdivision to the Town of La Porte have never been opened or used as public thoroughfares, and the public utilities now making use of such alleys have all given their written consent for their closings; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Porte has f determined and does hereby find, determine and declare that the hereinafter described portions of the said alleys are not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the public as public alleys, and should be vacated, abandoned and permanently closed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIidED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. That that portion of the alley located in Block Seven-A (7-A), Nebraska Syndicate Subdivision to the TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, described as follows, to-cvit: Being that portion of the alley in Block Seven- A (7-A), Nebraska Syndicate Subdivision to the TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, situated between Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13), both • inclusive, on the west side, and Lots Twenty (20) through Thirty-two !32), both inclusive, on the east side, and being sixteen feet (16') wide and three hundred twenty-five feet (325') in depth, is hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City of La Porte. Section 2. That that portion of the alley located in Block . Seven-D (7-D), Nebraska Syndicate Subdivision to the TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, described as follows, to-wit:
