Whenever sewer lines and <br />water lines cross, no joints or couplings <br />will be made any closer than six (6) feet <br />from point of crossover. No water line <br />shall be installed closer than ten (10) <br />feet to any septic tank drain field. <br />(e) Se:aer laterals shall be provided at each <br />sites, be trapped, terminated above grade <br />on the same side of the site as the water <br />connection and be at least four (4) inches <br />in diameter. A leak proof system for <br />connecting to mobile home drainage systems <br />will be used. When not in use the sewer <br />inlet will be plugged with a gas-tight <br />sewer stopper. <br />(f) All utilities on the site for direct <br />service to the user shall be installed <br />underground. <br />Section 8. Operational Requirements for Mobile Home Parks. <br />A. General requirements. <br />(1) Park areas shall be well drained, free from <br />trash, and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. <br />(2) Service buildings shall be well ventilated and <br />maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. <br />(3) Parks shall be kept free of rodents and vermin. <br />~~ <br />(4) A minimum of two (2) candle-foot of light shall <br />be provided for all common driveways, roadways and walkways within <br />the mobile home park. <br />(5) Garbage and rubbish will be handled and disposed <br />of in accordance with applicable city garbage department ordi- <br />nances. <br />(6) Occupied mobile homes shall be parked only on <br />sites intended for that purpose. <br />(7) Occupants of mobile homes shall keep in a clean <br />and sanitary condition the site which they occupy. <br />(8) It shall be unlawful for more than one family <br />to use the same mobile home for living or sleeping quarters. <br />(9) The mobile home park shall maintain an office <br />within the park with a resident manager or owner in charge. <br />• <br />
