ING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 18-A-3 OF ORDINANCE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 18-A OF THE OF THE CITY OF LP, PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING SEAGULL PRODUCTS PIPELINE COMPANY, TO CONSTRUCT ETHYLENE PIPELINE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte has received an application dated October 4, 1982, from Seagull Products Pipeline Company, requesting a permit under Section 18-A-3 of Ordinance No. 915, being Chapter 18-A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte, to construct an eight-inch (8") nominal diameter ethylene pipeline crossing the City of La Porte, all as • shown on said application. The application of Seagull Products Pipeline Company, has been reviewed by the City's Director of Public Works, who has found that said application meets all re- quirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recommended its approval. Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby approves the application of Seagull Products Pipeline Company, dated October 4, 1982, and this Ordinance shall constitute a permit to Seagull Products Pipeline Company, to lay and construct said pipeline within the City of La Porte, all in conformance with the requirements of said Ordinance No. 915. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
