<br /> Bid ranged from a low bid of $35,955.38 by Mort Ball Ford to a high
<br /> bid of $41,217.30 by Timmers Chevrolet.
<br /> All vendors that responded met specifications for these units. I
<br /> hereby recommend accepting the low bid of $35,955.38 presented by
