<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />AGREEMENT OF LEASE <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS S <br />S <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS S <br /> <br />This Agreement of Lease made by and between the CITY OF LA PORTE, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation, known herein as LESSOR, and SWANN TECHNICAL <br /> <br />SERVICES, INC., a Texas corporation, known herein as LESSEE, both of <br /> <br />Harris County, Texas, <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> <br />LESSOR does, by these presents, lease and demise unto LESSEE <br /> <br />the following described property, lying and being situated in the <br /> <br />City of~La Porte, Harris County, Texas, to-wit: <br /> <br />Joint use in common with Lessor, of the parking <br />lot on Lot Fourteen (14), and the North Ten <br />Feet (N.IO') of Lot Fifteen (15), Block <br />Thirty-nine (39), TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris <br />County, Texas, reference to which is here <br />made for all purposes, together with all <br />improvements thereon situated, <br /> <br />upon the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements following: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The term of this lease shall be for a period beg inning on the <br /> <br />1st day of March, 1983, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1987. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />As rent for the use and occupancy of the leased premises, LESSEE <br /> <br />hereby agrees, obligates and binds itself to pay unto LESSOR the sum <br />of Fifty Five Dollars ($55.00) ~onthly, due and payable on the first <br /> <br />day of each calendar month during the term hereof. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Monthly payments on this Agreement are due and payable on the <br /> <br />1st day of each calendar month, as aforesaid. In the event any such <br /> <br />payment is not paid within ten (10) days of its due date, a penalty <br />of four per cent (4%) of the monthly payment shall be added. <br /> <br />~,Z <br />
