• <br />40 <br />• <br />Thereupon, the Presiding Officer declared open the <br />meeting for the purpose of conducting a public hearing <br />relative to consideration of approval by the City Council of <br />the commercial project to be financed with proceeds of the <br />bonds specified in the Resolution. All persons desiring to <br />speak for or against the project were invited to address the <br />City Council.
