Three (3) of these Contractors called to inform me <br />that they had just been awarded other contracts that stretched their bonding <br />capacity to the limit and would not be able to bond this job. Originally, <br />I had expected six (6) bids, however, I am satisfied with the two (2) received <br />based on my previous experiences with both the bidders. <br />• <br />
