Webb and I reside at 5113 Crestway <br />in LaPorte. <br />The company to be permitted is Cadillac Cab Company, <br />individually owned by Gary J. Webb. The location the busi- <br />ness will be operated at is 421 W. Main St. in LaPorte. <br />Property at this address is also owned by Gaz•y ~:. Webb. <br />I am making application to operate two taxicabs within <br />the City of LaPorte. Insurance will be carried through <br />.Independent Consult2ng Agency, located at 911 Federal Rd. <br />Suite Z Houston Tex. 77015 , meeting or exceeding the re- <br />quirments of the city ordinance. <br />I have researched a need for taxi service in the city <br />of LaPorte for quite some time, and found that there is a <br />need for the service; due to unavailability of other local <br />cab service at different times, and will offer 24 hr. , <br />radio - dispatched taxicab service to meet the citizens' <br />needs at all times. <br />I feel that my company will be a great asset to the <br />city of LaPorte and it's citizens.
