These <br />enclosures and the information which follows should satisfy the itemized list <br />of pipeline permit requirements (copy attached which accompanied your letter <br />• of 12/7/83. <br />As directed by item 7, three copies of maps showing the as-built route, <br />distances and shut-off valve locations will be provided upon completion of <br />the installation. <br />The emergency contact information will be the following: <br />Union Carbide Corporation <br />Attn: Mr. G.
