Enclosed is our brochure for your <br />use. <br />• We understand our assignment would consist of the repair and /or <br />replacement of those items at the Public Works Facility which received <br />hurricane damage and some items which are not hurricane related but <br />require immediate attention. The scope of work may be broken down as <br />follows: <br />1. Vehicle Storage Shed (19' eave height) <br />Repair at foundation and replacement of building structure, <br />including the necessary electrical work. <br />2. Public Works Building <br />a. Repair of door frame at north second floor entrance, repair <br />of window frame at the south wall of the coffee bar, repair <br />of the north wall of the second floor conference room, and <br />repair of the fascia siding at the west main entrance. <br />Replacement of damaged ceiling the can be included; however, <br />you may wish to handle this with your own forces. <br />b. Investigation and strengthening of the second floor above the <br />Parts Department. <br />c. Installation of missing steel columns and repair of the masonry <br />wall at the side of the Parts and Receiving area. <br />• <br />
