• • <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 915-V. <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 18-A-3 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 18-A OF THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS, TEXAS; AND APPROVING <br />THE APPLICATION OF GULF OIL CORPORATION DATED MARCH 5, 1984, <br />TO CONSTRUCT A SIX INCH (6") PROPYLENE PIPELINE; AND PROVIDING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS: <br />• Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte has <br />received an application dated March 5, 1984, from Gulf Oil <br />Corporation, requesting permit under Section 18-A-3 of Ordinance <br />No. 915, being Chapter 18-A of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of La Porte, to construct a six inch (6") propylene pipe- <br />line, crossing the City of La Porte, all as shown on said <br />application. The application of Gulf Oil Corporation has been <br />reviewed by the City's Director of Public Works, who has found <br />that said application meets all requirements of said Ordinance <br />No. 915, and has recommended its approval. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte <br />hereby approves the application of Gulf Oil Corporation, dated <br />• March 5, 1984, and this Ordinance shall constitute a permit to <br />Gulf oil Corporation to lay and construct said pipeline within <br />the City of La Porte, all in conformance with the requirements <br />of said Ordinance No. 915. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage and approval. <br /> <br />D~f <br />
