The City Council of the.City of La Porte here- <br /> <br />by appoints the following persons as the members of the Board of <br />Directors of the La Porte Area Water Authority, to the positions <br /> <br />named, and for the term of office enumerated, to-wit: <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />Director, position 1 (a resident qualified <br />voter residing outside the city limits of <br />La Porte, but within the boundaries of the <br />authority), Carey Burnley <br /> <br />Director, position 2 Albert Fields <br /> <br />(Directors, positions No. 1 and No.2 shall serve until <br /> <br />September 1, 1982, and until their successors have been appointed <br /> <br />and qualified.) <br /> <br />Director, position 3 <br /> <br />Travis Doughty <br /> <br />Director, position 4 <br /> <br />Susan Gilliland <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Director, position 5 <br /> <br />Jerry Bramlett <br /> <br />(Directors, Positions No.3, No.4, and No.5, shall serve <br /> <br />until September 1, 1983, and until their successors have been <br /> <br />appointed and qualified.) <br /> <br />Advisory Director <br /> <br />Jim Schindelwolf or <br />designate <br /> <br />Advisory Director <br /> <br />David L.
