' <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />l_ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />Description of Proposed Public Improvements to be <br />Made in the EBA - <br /> <br />l. <br /> <br />Description of public improvements: <br /> <br />street paving; storm drainage; extension of water and sanitary <br />sewer mains to areas not presently served by water and sanitary <br />sewer; rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />2. Estimated commencement date for such public improvements: <br /> <br />Portions of the public improvements described above are now in <br />progress; the remainder will commence in 1982 and 1983. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Approximate schedule for such public improvement: <br /> <br />The storm drainage is a five-year program; most of the other <br />public improvements will be completed in 1983 and 1984. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Source of funds as the Unit will use for such improvements: <br /> <br />Portions of the improvements are being funded by previous bond <br />issues; the rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer system is <br />being funded, twenty-five per cent (25%) by local bond funds, <br />and seventy-five per cent (75%) by the Environmental Protection <br />Agency through a grant to the City of La Porte; the remainder <br />of the work is being funded by current tax revenues of the <br />City of La Porte. <br />
