• • <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 915-W <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 18-A-3 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 18-A OF THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING. <br />THE APPLICATION OF AIR PRODUCTS AND CHEMICALS, INC., DATED <br />MARCH 27, 1984, TO CONSTRUCT TWO (2) TWELVE INCH (12") OXYGEN <br />PIPELINES, AND TO CONSTRUCT THREE (3) TWELVE INCH (12") INDUS- <br />TRIAL GAS PIPELINES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br />• Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte has <br />received an application dated March 27, 1984, from Air Products <br />and Chemicals, Inc., requesting permit under Section 18-A-3 of <br />Ordinance No. 915, being Chapter 18-A of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of La Porte, to construct two (2) twelve inch (12") <br />oxygen pipelines, and to construct three (3) twelve inch (12") <br />industrial gas pipelines, crossing the City of La Porte, all <br />as shown on said application. The application of Air Products <br />and Chemicals, Inc., has been reviewed by the City's Director <br />of Public Works, who has found that said application meets all <br />requirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recommended <br />its approval. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte <br />• hereby approves the application of Air Products and Chemicals, <br />Inc., dated March 27, 1984, and this Ordinance shall constitute <br />a permit to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. to lay and construct <br />said pipelines within the City of La Porte, all in conformance <br />with the requirements of said Ordinance No. 915. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />• effect from and after its passage and approval. <br />~' <br />
