These enlargements were for existing <br />plants and ranged in size from 1.5 mgd to 4.5 <br />mgd. <br />Design of first enlargement of City of Houston <br />West District Sewage Treatment Plant from 2.U mgd <br />to 6.0 mgd. <br />Design of Phase I of the City of Houston South- <br />• east Water Purification Plant.
