In addition, possible hidden damage could increase the <br />cost to repair certain items. <br />I recommend that the City Council declare an emergency, and appropriate the <br />necessary funds to make repairs, and purchase a new body, for this unit. <br />If you should have any questions, please advise. <br />SG/lw <br />
