Ray - Purchasing Agerit <br />SUBJECT: Sealed Bid 40100 - Hand`.~Iel eter Reading Devices <br />Advertised, sealed bids #0100 for the purchase of Hand-Held Meter Reading <br />Devices were opened and read in City Council Chambers June 24, 1985 at 4 p.m. <br />Sealed bid invitations were mailed to five vendors of automated meter reading <br />systems with the following four returning bids; (1) Datamatics, (2) Radix Corp., <br />(3) Syscon Corp., and (4) Len T. Deloney Co., Inc. <br />Bidders were required to submit pricing on t'. <br />devices, a charger-computer interface module, and <br />prietary software capable of interfacing with the <br />MV-8000 mainframe.
