Plans & Specifications for the <br />expansion to the wastewater <br />treatment plant with City's <br />approval. <br />2. Amended waste discharge permit <br />for the wastewater treatment <br />plant expansion. <br />3. Plans & Specifications for the <br />sanitary sewer installation to <br />serve the former College View <br />M.U.D. with City's approval. <br />4. Plans & Specifications for the <br />elevated storage tank. <br />5. Resolution adopted by the City <br />asking for the release of finals. <br />6. Copy of memorandum & order from <br />the Texas Water Commission. <br />CI <br />Received from TC&B <br />6/5/85. Reviewed by <br />Staff and with minor <br />modifications will be <br />approved. <br />Received <br />TC&B estimates <br />delivery of plans & <br />specifications on or <br />about August 7th. <br />Staff review to <br />follow. <br />Not applicable at <br />this time. <br />Knox Askins will need <br />to prepare for <br />Council approval. <br />Copy of memorandum <br />attached. Order from <br />Texas Water <br />Commission should be <br />in City's files. <br />
