CONCLUSIONS Based on the engineering report, the project is considered feasible since the District has been annexed by the City of La Porte which will assume all debt responsi- bility associated with this and previous bond issues. III. RECOMMENDATIONS 1. Rescind approval of the District's $1,500,000 bond issue approved on January 2, 1973. 2. Approve the $3,350,000 bond issue as requested. 3.
