E~a~.ed on the i.nforma.tion contained. iri tree preliminary <br />design docl.zments, submit a r.•cvi.srd opinion of probahle Pr. c,jt~;ct. <br />Cast. <br />1.2.4 , F~t.rni:~ra f i.ft.?en copies of the above preliminary design <br />documents aTld present and review them in person with tl~~c OWNER. <br />The duties and responsibilities of ENGINEER during the <br />Preliminax•y Engineering Phase are amended and supplemented as <br />indicated in the Scope of services. <br />1. 3.
