I understand that Attachment No.2, the stormwater drainage plans, will provide a brief description of the plans and then reference other documents for complete plans and specifications. I plan to be at the July 27, 1987, City Council meeting, but understand that there is no need for other representatives of FMC or Rohm and Haas to be present. I am pleased that we were able to reach agreement on the issues of most concern to FMC and Rohm and Haas.
