Compensation to the Architect shall be adjusted to a stipulated <br />sum equal to eight percent (8%) of the adjusted Construction Budget. <br />For Additional Services as described in Article 3 and as requested in writing by the <br />Owner, the Architect shall be compensated a sum equal to 2.75 times direct salary cost <br />plus 1.0 times reimbursable expenses.
