<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />negotiations are merged into this Agreement. <br /> <br />8.11 Attorneys' Fees. If any Party to this Agreement brings <br />any action(s) or proceeding(s) to enforce, protect or establish <br />any right or remedy or collect any amount due under this <br />Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover <br />reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such proceeding (s) or <br />action(s). <br /> <br />8.12 Nature of Contract.
