Because <br />of this merger Entex is requesting that the City of La Porte <br />approve the assignment of the EntexFranchise to Arkla. <br /> <br />~e feel that this is a good move and will in no way affect <br />the good quality service we provide to the citizens of <br />La Porte and the surrounding areas. <br /> <br />A few important facts that you may want to know are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Entex will continue to operate as Entex. <br />2. Entex headquarters will remain in Houston. <br /> <br />J. Entex will be a seperate division of Arkla. <br /> <br />4. Entex will continue to operate with full <br />employment-there is no overlapping of service <br />areas. <br /> <br />5. The merger with Arkla will improve the financial <br />position of Entex. <br /> <br />6.
