Map of service area of Lift Station <br />No.5. <br /> <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Manning Engineering Corporation proposes to provide the following <br />Engineering services for the Bayside Area served by Lift Station <br />No.5: <br /> <br />PHASE I - Investigation of existing conditions, Development of <br />alternative solutions and recommendation of necessary <br />action. <br /> <br />PHASE II - Detailed design and technical specifications of <br />selected alternative along with construction support <br />as directed by the City. <br /> <br />Phase I and Phase II services provided are to be compensated on a time <br />and material basis as per the rate schedule provided in the proposal. <br />Proposed Engineering services not to exceed $9,000.00 without written <br />approval. <br /> <br />Staff recommends acceptance of the Engineering Services Proposal <br />submitted by Manning Engineering Corporation in an amount not to exceed <br />$9,000.00 without written approval.
