To date, the City has been unable to negotiate a <br />satisfactory price for purchase of the land. Council has received <br />a proposal from Sears & Burns to represent the City on the <br />acquisition of the 80.972 acres described by the permit for <br />sanitary landfill purposes. <br />The proposal outlines the scope of services and compensation for <br />Services rendered.
