Box 1115 <br />LaPorte, Texas 77571-1115 <br />Dear Ms. Black: <br />Regarding your letter dated November 2, 1988, be advised that <br />Southwestern Bell Telephone Company has no facilities in the area, West "I" <br />Street between Block 166 and 171, Town of LaPorte extending east 212.56' <br />from the east right-of-way line of the SH 146 frontage road.
