NO. THIRTEEN ido fence, wall planter or hedge in excess of two and one-half (2-1/2) feet shall be erected or maintained nearer to the front lot line than the front building setback line, nor on corner lots kiearer to the side lot line t}pan the building setback line parallel to the side street, except that single trees, having single trunks, which are pruned up to a height of seven (7) feet above walk grade and are not an obstruction to view arc allowed.
