Bid requests were mailed to eleven (11) <br />suppliers with six (6) returning bids. <br />Low bid meeting specifications was submitted by A&P Water and <br />Sewer Supplies for 15,000 feet of 4 and 6 inch pipe and fittings. <br />The total cost of the contract would be $6,770.10. The second <br />lowest bid was $6,866.10 by Golden Triangle. <br />Funds for materials for drainage improvements are available in <br />Fund 05, Golf Course Capital Improvements Fund (see attached). <br />Staff recommends award of bid to A&P Water and Sewer Supplies, low <br />bidder meeting specifications for the supply of perforated pipe <br />and fittings. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Award bid for supply of perforated pipe and fittings to A&P <br />Water and Sewer Supplies, low bidder meeting specifications. <br />Contract shall be based on unit price bid with a total <br />contract value estimated at $6,770.10. <br />Availability of Funds: <br />General Fund <br />Capital Improvement <br />Other <br />Account Number: <br />Water/Wastewater <br />General Revenue Sharing <br />Funds Available: _ YES _ NO <br />Annroved for City Council Agenda <br />Robert T.
