Box 1115 . <br />La Porte, Texas 77572-1115 <br /> <br />RE: Rezoning Request R89-005 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor and Council: <br /> <br />The Planning & zoning commission, at our August 17, 1989 Public <br />Hearing and Regular Meeting, considered a request by ICN Management <br />Associates to rezone Blocks 416; 417; 418; 419; La Porte tract from <br />General Commercial to Business Industrial.
