Industrial Plant Surveys <br />2. Inventory of Industrial Discharges <br />3. Industrial Publications <br /> <br />make the proper ordinance adjustments <br /> <br />establishment of limitations on industrial discharges to the <br />treatment system, and their enforcement; <br />1. Influent Analysis <br />2. Effluent Analysis <br />3. Particular Industry Analysis <br />4. Receiving Stream Analysis <br />5. When data is established we will have enforceable <br />limits that are facility specific <br /> <br />authority to enter and inspect an industrial company and <br />obtain samples of its wastewater discharges; <br /> <br />provide for self <br />1. Frequency <br />permit <br />, 2. Pollutants <br /> <br />monitoring programs; <br />of sampling will be part of permittees <br /> <br />to be analized will be stipulated in permit <br /> <br />program to recover the cost of industrial waste treatment. <br />1.
