<br />WHEREAS, ACl conducts and operates COMMUNITY ALERT NE'IWORK (hereinafter reCerred to as
<br />"CAN"). the purpose of which is to assist muDicipalltlca and other organizations in large scale telcphone
<br />COJDUlunications; and .
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Corporation desires to engage the services of ACI for the pUfpose of
<br />coordinating a program and setVice for its area such Lhat 13tgc scale telephonc communications to its
<br />rwdents and other ident.iticd ContactS may be implemented;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration or mutua! agreements, COllvcnants and promises herein containeu, '

<br />1. The Mwliclpal Corpqration with the <Wiistance of ACl shall identiCy, establish and designare,specific.
<br />Geographic Areas within tho boundaries of the Municipal Corporation. . Su~ Geographic Areas 5llall be
<br />indicated on maps of the MUDi~ipal COfporation normally.used by public wcty and o~cr ~crg~ncy
<br />personnel of.tlte Municipal Corporation. The Municipal COfpOtation shall pr~)Vide ACI with al1such',map~

<br />2. ACI .shall progrcun and store into the,computc~ of CAN all com~crcially available resjd~.n'tial:'
<br />telephone numbers within the mwUcipality which arc listed. Such numbers shall be prograuunod insuch.a '.
