• • <br />PQBLIC NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the <br />City Council of the City of La Porte, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La <br />Porte, Texas, beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, January 8, 1990, at <br />which public hearing interested persons shall be entitled to speak <br />and present evidence for or against the designation of the <br />International Cargo Network Reinvestment Zone, pursuant to Chapter <br />312, Texas Tax Code, as amended. The legal description of the <br />property to comprise the proposed reinvestment zone is as follows, <br />to-wit: <br />All of Blocks 416, 417, 418, 419, 433, 434, 435, 432, 980; <br />Lots 1 thru 16, Block 438; Lots 1 thru 16, Block 415; Lots <br />1 thru 16, Block 420, all in Town of La Porte, a subdivision <br />in Harris County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof <br />recorded in Volume 1, Page 2, of the unrecorded Map Records of <br />Harris County, Texas, and recorded in Volume 83, Page 345 of <br />the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, <br />CHERIE BLACK <br />City Secretary <br />City of La Porte <br />(This notice must be published more than seven (7) days before the <br />date of the hearing.
