ORDINANCE NO. 1677 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL DRAINAGE AREA TO BE ADDED TO k THE-HARRIS COUNTY UNDERWOOD ROAD.PROJECT EXTENDING FROM PASADENA BOULEVARD TO SPENCER HIGHWAY, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $47,359.00 FROM, THE GENERAL FUND - CIP, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF SAID SUM TO HARRIS COUNTY; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. 'a BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: z Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby authorizes inclusion of additional drainage area, as requested by the ,.ity of La Porte, to Harris County Underwood Road Improvement Project, extending from Pasadena Boulevard to Spencer Highway, and heappropriates the sum of. $47,359.00 from the General Fund - T K; CIP, and hereby authorizes payment of said sum to Harris County. Section 2.
