The purpose of this request, which has been submitted <br />by International Cargo Network, is to allow the development <br />of an Industrial Planned Unit Development. The proposed <br />complex is to consist of offices, a refrigerated (frozen <br />food) warehouse with truck and rail loading docks, a <br />container staging area, and an employee's park. The complex <br />is to occupy an approximately 32.5 acre tract which is <br />located on the east side of North Broadway between Barbour's <br />Cut Blvd. and the East Adams Street right-of-way. (A <br />complete legal description is included in the attached <br />Special Conditional Use Permit ISCU90-002). <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has, subject to the <br />conditions noted on the attached Special Conditional Use <br />Permit ISCU90-001, recommended approval of this request. <br /> <br />Ootions: <br /> <br />I. Approve Request <br />A) As recommended by Planning and Zoning <br />Commission <br />B) With amended or additional conditions <br />II. Table request for further consideration at a future <br />date <br />III. Deny request <br /> <br />Action Required by Council: <br /> <br />I. Hold Public Hearing to consider Special Conditional Use <br />Permit Use Request 'SCU90-002 <br />II.
