The purpose of this request, which has been submitted by International Cargo Network, is to allow the development of an Industrial Planned Unit Development. The proposed complex is to consist of offices, a refrigerated (frozen food) warehouse with truck and rail loading docks, a container staging area, and an employee's park. The complex is to occupy an approximately 32.5 acre tract which is located on the east side of North Broadway between Barbour's Cut Blvd. and the East Adams Street right-of-way. (A complete legal description is included in the attached Special Conditional Use Permit ISCU90-002). Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Commission has, subject to the conditions noted on the attached Special Conditional Use Permit ISCU90-001, recommended approval of this request. Ootions: I.
