CITY plumbing <br />inspectors shall have the right to inspect any <br />and all work related to the furnishing of <br />sanitary sewer service. <br /> <br />(b) ABBOTT DEVELOPMENT agrees that it shall be <br />bound by all applicable ordinances of CITY, <br />relative to the furnishing of domestic water <br />and sewer, as applicable, to customers within <br />the corporate limits of CITY. <br /> <br />(c) ABBOTT DEVELOPMENT promises and agrees to pay <br />to CITY, one hundred fifty per cent (150%) of <br />CITY's current sewer rate, as said sewer rate <br />shall be established from time to time by City <br />Council of CITY, for users within the <br />corporate limits of CITY. The billings shall <br />be based on actual water consumption and <br />verified by meter readings taken by City of La <br />Porte. <br /> <br />(d) ABBOTT DEVELOPMENT hereby grants limited access <br />to CITY to enter upon premises, identified in <br />Exhibit A, to read the water meters for <br />purposes of. calculating the sanitary sewer <br />service charge, and for inspection purposes. <br /> <br />(e) Each building service identified in <br />Exhibit A shall have separate water meters <br />installed, at no expense to CITY, to allow for <br />the computation of the sanitary sewer service <br />charge <br /> <br />VII <br /> <br />Prior to receiving the temporary utility service to the <br /> <br />buildings shown on Exhibit A, ABBOTT DEVELOPMENT shall pay in full <br /> <br />ten thousand one hundred ten dollars and eighty-two cents <br /> <br />($10,110.82) as an agreed settlement for past utility service <br /> <br />provided to the companies listed on Exhibit B, attached.
