Main Street <br />La Porte, Texas 77571 <br />I have spoken with my clients regarding an agreement with <br />the City of La Porte in the above referenced matter. They <br />would accept the following: <br />(1) $5,000.00; and <br />(2) Transfer of their entire interest in the property, <br />except the property would be used only in the <br />following manner for 10 years and thereafter as the <br />City sees fit with no limitations: (a) only as a <br />passway for children attending the adjacent school <br />during school hours, and (b) a gate would be placed <br />which could be locked during off -school hours by the <br />Brownings and City personnel. <br />I sincerely hope this will be acceptable to the City as <br />a means of resolving this matter.
