The <br />purpose of this meeting is to present the same items and <br />recommendations in a Public Hearing Format for the purpose of <br />securing citizen input. At the close of Public Hearing, Council <br />will be asked to vote on approval or denial of these <br />recommendations. If approved, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's recommendations will be adopted as amendments to the <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Options: I. Approve all or part of the recommendations as <br /> presented. <br /> II. Deny all or part of the recommendations as <br /> presented. <br /> III. Table action on all or part of the <br /> recommendations for further consideration at <br /> a future date. <br /> IV. Return all or part of the recommendations to <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission for further <br /> consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended adoption of <br />all items under consideration at this Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Action Required by Council: <br /> <br />I. Hold Public Hearing. <br />II.
