<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Meeting <br />Minutes of 11-29-90 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />CLOSED PUBLIC HEARING. 7:55 pm <br /> <br />After discussion of the projects submitted a motion was made by Betty Waters and <br />seconded by Eugene Edmonds to set the priority of the projects as follows: <br /> <br />1) Demolition of substandard structures <br />2) Drainage problems in the target area <br />3) Swimming pool repair <br />4) Main Street improvements <br /> <br />All were in favor and the motion passed. <br /> <br />7) STAFF BRIEFING ON FUTURE PlANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />AGENDA ITEMS. <br /> <br />Mr. Albrecht stated that most of the items had been discussed in the early <br />orientation meeting. The items were the Zoning Ordinance annual review, the <br />Development Ordinance, Main Street concerns, Southern Pacific Railroad General <br />Plan and the Hotel Study. <br /> <br />8) ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Lola Phillips made a motion and was seconded by Betty Waters to hold the next <br />Planning & Zoning meeting on January 10, 1991. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds and seconded by Lola Phillips to adjourn. <br />All were in favor and the motion passed.
