Pertaining to the Rates for the Use of <br />the Municipal Swimming Pools and the Hours of Operation for the <br />Municipal Swimming Pools. <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is proposing four (4) changes be made in the existing Municipal <br />Ordinance ,~1644B. <br />These recommended changes are highlighted in the attached Ordinance (#1644C). <br />They area as follows: <br />I. Revised Hours Available for Rentals <br />A. Current: San Jacinto, Northwest Park, and Fairmont Park Pools are <br />available for rental as follows: <br />Tuesdays thru Fridays: 9:00 p.m. til 12 midnight <br />Saturdays: 9:00 p.m. til 12:00 midnight <br />Sundays: 5:00 p.m. til 9:00 p.m. <br />B. Proposed: San Jacinto, Northwest Park, and Fairmont Park Pools <br />would be available for rental as follows: <br />Tuesdays thru Sundays: 9:00 p.m. till 12:00 midnight <br />II. Revised Rental Rates for Municipal Pools <br />A. Current: <br />1. Little Cedar Bayou Wave Pool <br />Base Rental: $250.00 (maximum of 200 persons) <br />Additional Fees: $60.00 Lifeguards (minimum of 3 @ 4 hours <br />each) <br />$28.00 Facility Manager (1 @ 4 hours) <br />2. San Jacinto, Northwest, and Fairmont Park Municipal Pools. <br />Base Rental: $30.00 (maximum of 100 persons) <br />Additional Fees: Lifeguards (2 minimum @ $4.00 per hour <br />each) <br />Facility Manager (1 @ $7.00 per hour <br />each) <br />B.
