Assistant ci ty Manager John Joerns addressed Council <br />regarding properties currently without water and/or <br />sanitary sewer service, and outlined plans for extending <br />this service. <br /> <br />C. It was announced that the La Porte Recreation and Fitness <br />Center is still on target. <br /> <br />17. Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, <br />Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought items to <br />Council's attention. <br /> <br />18. Council adjourned into executive session at 7:55 P.M. to <br />address an item under V.A.T.S. - Article 6252-17, section 2(E) <br />(Legal): Receive report from City Manager and legal counsel <br />regarding East La Porte Relief Sewer. Council returned to the <br />table at P.M. <br /> <br />19.
