Ordinance \8'l'j <br /> <br /> <br />================================================================= <br /> <br /> <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />During the FY 1993 budgeting process, Council authorized the <br />expenditure of $210,000.00 for the purpose of remodeling a portion <br />of the Police Building for the relocation of the Municipal Court. <br />In order to accomplish this task, it becomes necessary to select an <br />architect for the redesign of the facility. <br /> <br />In order to maintain the momentum of the project, the staff <br />proposes employing the firm of Ray & Hollington Architects to <br />complete construction drawings for the project as they have <br />prepared preliminary drawings for the project. Ray & Hollington <br />proposes completing the project design for the amount of <br />$14,815.00.
