This bill <br />provides for a capital offense for the murd~~,~of ~an individual,:. under~~~age of six. While this <br />bill .does not specifically provide that death must be a result of a course or period of child abuse <br />it also does not provide for any particulaz cause of death so it could most certainly be used in <br />the instance you describe. <br />Thanks again for expressing your views.
